1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OroFlow ("the Platform"), operated by Oro Group, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

OroFlow is an AI-powered workflow automation platform that generates n8n-compatible workflows. The Platform provides workflow generation, template libraries, and workflow management tools based on your subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Subscription Plans & Payment

OroFlow offers multiple subscription tiers with varying features and limits. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All payments are processed through our payment partners. Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
Share your account credentials with third parties
Use the Platform to generate workflows intended to cause harm

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by Oro Group. Workflows generated through OroFlow belong to you. Templates provided by OroFlow are licensed for your use within the Platform.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data protection seriously and comply with applicable Malaysian data protection laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

OroFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oro Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease and your data may be deleted after 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
